1. Location of the apartment

Our apartment is on the Glienberg, the highest elevation in Zinnowitz. The building is located in a park-like grounds on a quiet street. The windows of the apartment and the terrace each offering a view into the park, or on the opposite forest. The distance to the town center is 5 min walk. The beach is through the coastal forest, about 8 min on foot. The apartment is very comfortable for two people; see DTV classification. Extra beds are available on request, in the living room this is a convertible sofa.

2 .Equipment of the apartment

The following rooms are available - total size: about 60 m².
One living room, with stereo - 16:9 TV with 100Hz and digital cable television and home theater system with DVD player and Radio reception via cable. In the Living area you will also find books, DVD `s and music CD `s available for every taste.
One bay room as a dining area, with radio and CD player in the turret room you have a large selection of games for the whole family
One bedroom, with Possibility of a cot (will be provided if required).
Kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher, egg cooker ... everything at home.
Bathroom, with washing machine.
Terrace
Parking
possibility of using a bicycle storage

The apartment is available all year round.

3. Children's page

For children of all ages is the Baltic Sea an ideal holiday destination.
Whether the parents, or even happy with the grandparents, children are welcome.
Especially with young children but it is arduous to bring everything you need.
We know this.
From personal experience so we provide you free of charge. One travel cot, bedding and linen including mattresses and one chair, which can be optionally upgraded to the table, also
one Baby blanket and children's cutlery - tableware and also you will find a fairly extensive selection of games and children's books, use of washing machine (in bathroom) is free of charge, we look forward to your inquiries!

4. Prices

The Rates are based on an occupancy of up to two people .

they apply per night for the apartment

For a third person may be seasonal and age-related (children) a surcharge may be due.

Children under 3 years travel free, except the "red" and the "blue" season.
